ProCon is a custom framing company that has been building high end custom homes, multi-family and commercial projects in Utah and surrounding states for over 24 years. In addition to delivering high quality work, we also strive to achieve the highest level of customer service, a safe working environment for everyone, and overall integrity.

Each of the projects we build receives professional supervision and hands on commitment to quality. If something is not up to your standards we will make sure that it is made right. We take pride in providing the customer with a final product that exceeds their expectations.

We work closely with you as a builder to ensure that your finished product is completed per plan and to the highest level of industry standards. Our job site superintendent and crew foreman provide daily site inspections to make sure our employees and all others associated with the project have a safe working environment.

Meet the President & Founder

Brad Shurtliff has been building his whole life. If you get the chance to hear the story, he’ll likely tell you something along the lines of this truth, that: “building is in (his) blood.” And his life has shown that time and again. It’s in his meticulous care and standards of delivering for his customers. Growing up around the construction industry, it’s a huge part of who he is.

With over 24 years of business in construction, he and his family have seen the Mountain West states grow and evolve. Beginning as a framing specialist and general contractor on single-family home developments, the business has grown to specialize in multi-family developments, senior-living facilities and hospitality.

Brad and his wife Erica also own a heavy timber company, Milestone Timberworks™ located in Preston, Idaho with cutting edge technology and one of the first-of-its kind machines to land in the United States. Innovation is and growth are constants with his approach to business.

Having both companies brings a unique perspective on building trends and practices. Both Brad and Erica are actively involved in community service. With spare time when they aren’t cheering their two sons on in athletic pursuits, they can most likely be found enjoying the outdoors.
